Completion of this form does not guarantee you a session with Seed & Sage Photography. A candidate will be selected based off of the photographer's needs and discretion. Due to the volume of entries, you may not hear back from the photographer unless selected. If you do not hear back but would still like to book a standard portrait session with the photographer, please reach out directly for a custom session of your very own!
